“And did you wear this dress for me to take off and fuck your afterwards?” I was whispering to her so the other two idiots wouldn’t hear us.

“I wished for that.” Hope replied and I almost bunched up the dress in my hands.

“Hey you two. Cut it. We’re going home. I’m tired.” With that Sebastian drove us home where I found my car parked in the parking lot. I frowned at the sight of it.

“What’s wrong?” Hope asked from beside me.

“I took my car with me. I don’t understand how it’s here.” Hope took my hand and entwined our fingers.

“That’s strange.”

Just then a man stepped out from the expensive SUV and I sided Hope behind me to shield her.

In the shadows I could hardly make it out who it was but after some light shed onto his face I saw Xavier Travon.

“Son.” I hated how he seemed to have picked on this word lately.

“Do you want something?” I asked through gritted teeth as he came near.

“No. I wanted to see you and make sure you were okay.” H
